RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery as confirmed by tracking. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Must be in original packaging with tags attached
- Return must be requested via email before sending the item back
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear, lingerie, and bodysuits
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
HOW TO RETURN
- Contact us: email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Approval: we’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship back: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable service
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as a faster, eco-friendly alternative.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Contact your local courier to open a non-delivery claim
Virello is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
RETURN-TO-SENDER ORDERS
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery:
- A restocking fee of 25% may apply
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
